Launchfast Inc., a company based in Canada (“LaunchFast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides software that helps performance marketing teams launch, automate, and monitor paid advertising. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit launchfast.co, use our web application, connect ad platforms, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and contact information: such as your name, work email, company name, job title, phone number, and login credentials.
- Billing information: such as billing address and payment details. Payment card data is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Ad platform and campaign data: when you connect advertising accounts (for example Meta, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn), we may access and process data you authorize, such as account identifiers, campaign structure, creatives, budgets, performance metrics, and automation settings needed to provide the Services.
- Usage and device information: such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, and diagnostic logs.
- Communications: messages you send us (for example demo requests, support, or sales inquiries) and related metadata.
- Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to receive product updates or promotional emails.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Authenticate users and manage accounts;
- Execute launches, automations, monitoring, and reporting you configure;
- Process subscriptions and billing;
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
- Send transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing about LaunchFast;
- Monitor security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms;
- Comply with legal obligations and defend our legal rights.

Our control environment is designed around recognized frameworks, including SOC 2, and we continually improve our practices as our product and customer base grow.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to data portability. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us.

Canada
We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), where it applies, and with applicable provincial privacy laws. You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions). You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have concerns we have not resolved.
If you are in Alberta, British Columbia, or Quebec, additional provincial privacy rules may apply to your personal information.
Cross-border processing
We are a Canadian company. Your information may be stored and processed in Canada and in other countries where we or our service providers operate (for example the United States). Those locations may have different privacy laws than your province or country. When we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps designed to protect it in line with this policy and applicable law.
California residents
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact contact@launchfast.co.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Launchfast Inc. is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the Services.

The Services are business software not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Third-party sites and platforms
Our website may link to third-party sites. Ad platforms you connect have their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before authorizing access.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
